Traveler Profile

Hi. It's Becky again.

I would like your travel to be as perfect as possible. If you travel frequently on business or pleasure I will email The Travel Exchange profile form and create a personal profile for you in our computer system. When I know your preferences (aisle seat, king size bed, which credit card you like to use, frequent flyer numbers, etc.) I will be able to plan your travel much more efficiently and expertly.

For more detailed information about what makes you a happy traveler, please click on this worksheet and fill it out when you have a chance. You can email, mail or fax it to me. Or ~ bring it into the office when we meet for your first planning session.

Once I have this info, I'll keep it as a guide for making your future travel plans. I want to get to know you well! Once we are comfortable with each other, I will be able to recommend specific destinations and specials I know you will be pleased with.
